Tindihan bisa sebabkan kematian?

Benarkah itu karena hal mistis? Atau memang ada penjelasan secara medis?

Merasa ada yang tidak biasa dengan keseharian terutama saat tidur? atau sudah sangat sering dan dalam waktu yang lama pula hingga hampir setiap hari disaat tidur selalu merasakan tindihan? dalam tindihan sering melihat sosok seorang besar hitam yang menindihi? Bukan hal Mistis, Ketahui jawabannya disini…..

Bagaimana bisa terjadi yang namanya ‘tindihan’?

Tubuh kita memang telah Allah ta’ala desain dengan sedemikian rupa. Ketika kita tidur, pada saat mencapai suatu fase, tubuh akan mematikan/memutus hubungan saraf motorik(somatik) dengan otak kita, sehingga tubuh kita tidak dapat bergerak. Kegagalan tubuh dalam mengatur hal ini ada 2 jenis:

Tubuh tidak memutus hubungan dengan saraf motorik ketika seseorang sedang bermimpi. Nah disinilah yang disebut dengan mengigau.

Misal saja orang tsb sedang bermimpi bermain bola, maka kakinya bergerak-gerak seolah menendang bola dalam keadaan tidurnya. Atau seseorang mengucapkan sesuatu yang terdengar dengan jelas ketika tidur, yang sebenarnya itu adalah ucapan dalam mimpinya.

Tubuh masih memutus hubungan dengan saraf motorik ketika kita terbangun. Disinilah yang orang-orang sebut dengan tindihan. Ketika terbangun, kita sangat sulit/tidak dapat menggerakkan tubuh sama sekali, termasuk lisan kita.

Tindihan saat tidur bisa saja disebabkan oleh jin. Tapi yang umum adalah bahwa itu bisa dijelaskan secara medis.

Gejala ini disebut sleep Paralysis: Menurut medis, keadaan ketika orang akan tidur atau bangun tidur merasa sesak napas seperti dicekik, dada sesak, badan sulit bergerak dan sulit berteriak disebut sleep paralysis alias tidur lumpuh (karena tubuh tak bisa bergerak dan serasa lumpuh).

Hampir setiap orang pernah mengalaminya. Setidaknya sekali atau dua kali dalam hidupnya.

PENYEBAB TINDIHAN SECARA MEDIS

1. Tubuh yang sangat lelah, biasanya secara fisik.
2. Kurang tidur beberapa hari
3. Faktor stres dan tekanan sepanjang hari.
4. Pengaruh obat-obatan.
5. Perubahan jam tidur/pola tidur.

CARA MENGATASI TINDIHAN

Beberapa tips yang cara mengatasi tindihan:

(a) Jangan Panik Tarik napas dan buat diri Anda dalam kondisi santai.
(b) Kepalkan Tangan: Cara ini juga bisa pelan-pelan mengendurkan kelumpuhan yang terjadi.
(c) Batuk: batuklah beberapa kali untuk melemaskan otot-otot di sekitar leher
(d) Segera Bangun: bangunlah pelan-pelan. Cuci wajah dan minumlah beberapa teguk air agar tubuh lebih rileks.

Saat tengah nyenyak tidur, pernahkah kamu tiba-tiba membuka mata dan merasa tidak nyaman?

Tubuh merasakan ada yang tidak beres di ruangan kamar, lalu kamu mencoba bergerak tapi tidak bisa.

Ingin berteriak, tapi diri tak bisa bersuara.

Perasaan takut dan mencekam mendominasi pikiran kita.

Jika kamu mengalami hal-hal seperti di atas, berarti kamu mengalami ketindihan atau sleep paralysis.

Clete Kushida, MD, PhD, direktur medis dari Stanford Sleep Medicine Center Redwood City, California mengungkapkan bahwa ketindihan atau kelumpuhan tidur dialami oleh 40 persen manusia di dunia.
